Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

We are Funko UK Ltd, a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 10506769, with registered address at 21 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2DY ("Funko"). By taking part in the sweepstakes you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the sweepstakes. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering into the sweepstakes. We recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

1. The prize draw is open to all residents of UK, Europe and UAE aged 18 years or over, except Funko employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. All entries must have a valid account on FunkoEurope.com.
2. The sweepstakes are free to enter and no purchase is necessary. If you wish to enter the sweepstakes you must visit funkoeurope.com, subscribe to the Funko Europe newsletter via the form at the bottom of the page or check in the opt-in box when creating your account. Newsletter subscribers will receive an email with the subject line “Unleash your inner WWE Superstar” Follow the link to play the game and enter to win / Or you can follow the link from the social media post to the landing page / or from the homepage banner on FunkoEurope.com.
3. All entries must be submitted by entering your first name, email, country, birthday and confirming you agree to Funko Europe’s Privacy Policy. Multiple entries are permitted per person/account. Incomplete, late, illegal, racist, sexist, homophobic or otherwise offensive entries will be discounted, as will any entry that is found to have infringed the intellectual property rights of a third party. Entries must come from a non-private account to be eligible. You hereby give Funko and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use your copyright in your entry for promotion and marketing purposes.
4. The opening date for entries is 9:00 BST on 17/04/2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 17:00 BST on 22/04/2024. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
5. Funko accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. The grand prize winner will be chosen by having accumulated the highest score on the leaderboard at the end of the event. All other entries having scored over 1000 points will be entered into a random draw to win 1 of 4 runner-up bundles.
7. The grand prize winner will receive a signed Funko Web Exclusive Sami Zayn Pop!, Loungefly WWE Women’s Championship Belt Sling Bag and Exclusive WWE Pop! bundle. 4 runner-up winners will receive a signed Sami Zayn Pop!, Loungefly WWE Women’s Championship Belt Sling Bag and WWE Pop! bundle.
8. The winner will be notified via an email from [email protected] or through their social media accounts (using details provided at entry) before 26/04/2024 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Funko within 72 hours of being notified by Funko, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Funko will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. Funko will continue to select a winner until a response is received.
9. The grand prize will be sent to the winner by post within 60 days of being notified of their win.
10. The prize for the winner is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Funko reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value, or to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the sweepstakes without prior notice.
11. The decision of Funko regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. Funko will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Funko will send the surname, as well as the country and county (or similar designation), of prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to us at 21 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2DY (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 1 month after the closing date stated in section 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, country, county (or similar designation) and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Funko at [email protected], however Funko must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Funko reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. Funko reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the sweepstakes where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Personal data supplied during the course of the sweepstakes will only be processed as set out in Funko's Privacy Policy (http://www.funkoeurope.com/pages/privacy-cookies-policy). See also section 12 with regard to the announcement of winners.
16. The Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference into Funko's general terms and conditions (https://www.funkoeurope.com/pages/terms-conditions). In the event of any conflict this Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions will take precedence.
17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country where you reside, and all claims in relation to these Terms can be brought in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
